Terms of service
Last updated 6 August 2026
These are the terms between you and Young Object for using CoachBox. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure, because anyone who can get into it can get into your playbook. Tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be 16 or older to hold an account.
What you draw is yours
You keep every right you have in the plays, playbooks and formations you create. We claim no ownership of them.
You give us the permission we need to run the service: to store your work, and to show it back to you and to anyone you have chosen to share it with. That permission exists only so the site can function, and it ends when you delete the work or your account.
Publishing, and what you are agreeing to
Making a play public or sharing a link is a deliberate act with consequences worth understanding:
- Anyone can view it, and any signed-in coach can copy it into their own playbook and edit their copy.
- Those copies belong to them and survive you unsharing or deleting the original.
- A public play may be listed in the library and found by search engines.
- Choosing to publish anonymously hides your name from readers. It does not make the play untraceable to us.
Only publish work you have the right to publish. A playbook you were given by another club, or diagrams copied out of a book or a paid product, are not yours to put up.
What you must not do
- Break the law, or use CoachBox to help anyone else break it.
- Upload content that infringes someone else’s copyright.
- Publish personal information about anyone — in particular anything identifying a young player.
- Post abusive, hateful or harassing content.
- Attack the service: probing for weaknesses, bulk-scraping the library, or trying to reach data that is not yours.
Moderation
We can remove public content that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts that keep doing it. If something published here infringes your rights or should not be up, report it through the feedback page with a link and we will look at it.
Private plays are not moderated. We do not read them, and nothing in this section suggests we monitor your playbook.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
No promises about availability
CoachBox is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, free of faults, or that your work will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — printing or exporting a playbook takes a moment.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Young Object is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of CoachBox, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us, which is currently nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use CoachBox afterwards means you accept the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
See also the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
